TON Strategy Company (Nasdaq: TONX), a digital asset treasury firm built around Gram, will release its third-quarter 2026 results ahead of a conference call on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 9:00 a.m. ET, the Las Vegas-based company said in a statement distributed via GlobeNewswire on Oct. 27.

The call will cover the quarter ended Sept. 30, with results published in a press release beforehand and a replay available through Nov. 24. The company says it focuses on accumulating Gram, the native token of the TON blockchain formerly known as Toncoin, through capital raises, staking rewards and open-market purchases, and on staking what it holds.

The report will be the first full quarter since the Toncoin-to-Gram rename in June. It will show how the treasury fared in a period when Telegram took a more direct role in the network and began rolling out its self-custodial Gram wallet to users.

What the second quarter showed

At June 30, TON Strategy held about 230.5 million Gram, of which roughly 229.9 million was staked. Citing TonStat data, the company said that equalled about 4.4% of total supply and about 35% of all Gram staked on the network. It earned about 9.4 million Gram from staking in the second quarter, an annualized gross yield of about 17%.

Second-quarter revenue reached $15.0 million and net income $76.5 million, driven largely by an $82.8 million fair-value gain on its Gram holdings. Digital assets were valued at about $369.5 million, alongside about $29.0 million in cash and no debt. Chief executive Kevin Wilson said at the time that the value of the position extends beyond staking yield.

The price has since moved against holders. Gram traded at about $1.24 on Binance on Oct. 23, according to TokenPost, after hovering around $2 in early June, per crypto.news. Because holdings are marked at fair value, the third-quarter result will depend heavily on Gram's price on Sept. 30. Not every Gram treasury has stayed the course: Alpha Compute, formerly AlphaTON Capital, said in July it had returned its last TON holdings and wound down its treasury.
