About 5.3 million people now hold tokenized stocks, up from 502,000 in June, according to onchain data reported by TokenPost. Tokenized stock holders now make up 82.9% of all holders of real-world assets (RWA) onchain, compared with 36.8% four months ago.

The total number of RWA holders grew from about 1.4 million to about 6.4 million over the same period, roughly 4.5 times. Other categories grew far more slowly: tokenized fund holders rose from 559,000 to 573,000, and tokenized commodity holders from 302,000 to 523,000.

By value, tokenized equities now account for 13% of tracked RWA assets, up from 4.9% earlier in 2026. The report does not name the data provider behind the figures.
